This agreement is about your professional use of Vocout. It contains important information about your legal rights, remedies and obligations.

Introduction

This User Agreement ('Agreement') is a legally binding contract between you and Vocout. By using our services, you agree to these terms. Our services are designed for professional and business use only.

Obligations

You agree to: (1) Choose a strong and secure password; (2) Keep your password secure and confidential; (3) Follow the law and our list of Dos and Don'ts; and (4) Be responsible for anything that happens through your account unless you close it or report misuse.

Rights and Limits

As between you and Vocout, you own the content and information that you submit or post to the Services. However, you grant Vocout a non-exclusive license to use, copy, modify, distribute, publish, and process information and content that you provide through our Services.

Disclaimer and Limit of Liability

To the extent allowed under law, Vocout and its affiliates: (1) Disclaim all implied warranties and representations; (2) Do not guarantee that the services will function without interruption or errors; and (3) Provide the service on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis.

Termination

Both you and Vocout may terminate this Agreement at any time with notice to the other. On termination, you lose the right to access or use the Services. Provisions regarding liability, governing law, and dispute resolution survive termination.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

If you live in the EU or elsewhere, Swedish law will govern any dispute. You and Vocout agree that claims and disputes can be litigated only in Stockholm, Sweden, and we both consent to personal jurisdiction of the courts located in Stockholm.

General Terms

If a court find any part of this Agreement unenforceable, we both agree that the court should modify the terms to make that part enforceable while still achieving its intent. If the court cannot do that, we agree to remove that unenforceable part.

LinkedIn “Dos and Don’ts”

You agree that you will: (1) Comply with all applicable laws; (2) Provide accurate information to us and keep it updated; (3) Use your real name on your profile. You agree that you will NOT: (1) Create a false identity; (2) Explicitly scrape data from LinkedIn in a way that violates their Terms of Service; (3) Reverse engineer or bypass security features.

Complaints Regarding Content

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. We require that information posted by Users be accurate and not in violation of the intellectual property rights or other rights of third parties.
